The Leigh UTC looks forward to a further year of successful business mentoring having held it’s latest mentor information breakfast.

Supported by Principal, Steve Leahey and Vice Chair of Governors, Clive Barker, Student Services Manager, Kevin Nutter, informed delegates on the useful nature of becoming a youth mentor.

Attending delegates came from a wide range of STEM occupations including manufacturing, engineering, civil engineering and I.T as well as several supporting sectors. The

Leigh UTC is proud to boast a strong cohort of existing youth mentors, many of whom are embarking on their third or even, fourth year; new mentors will join this group once they have completed training next week.
