Management Trainees, Ryan and Luke

As part of a whole school careers day, Year 12 and 13 students at Longfield Academy had a presentation by local Management Trainees from Willmott Dixon, Ryan and Luke.

Talking about the family owned business, Ryan and Luke gave an overview of the history of the company and the many sites and roles within the business.

As a company, Willmott Dixon are keen to explain that construction as a sector is not just about muddy boots and hard hats and that there is a vast range of careers available within their company.
