On the 22nd of March the Year 8 students at Wilmington Academy had the opportunity to talk to employers, apprenticeship providers and the University of Greenwich at their mini careers fair. This followed up from last week when Adecco kindly came in and talked about the soft skills that the students would require for a CV in the future.
The feedback from the students was exceptionally positive. One of the students fed back that he now knows what he needs to do to become a quantum physicist.
At Wilmington Academy we try to design an eclectic careers education programme, which will assist the students in making positive decisions in the future.
